WE NEED *YOU*!!

Each local league relies heavily on the use of volunteer umpires - both youth and adults.  LALL is particularly focused on getting kids 12 and over to umpire, and pays umps for each game.

In addition to training by LALL, training is also available for League umpires at the District and Section levels.

Training comes in two primary varieties:  rules clinics that focus on the rules of the game and Little League-specific rules (the "what" of umpiring), and umpire mechanics clinics, that focus on the "how" of umpiring.
